How do I remove concrete or cement splatter from car paint?
Do not scrape or chip it off, because cured concrete is harder than clear coat and will scratch it. Dedicated concrete and cement removers soften the deposit chemically, and they usually need repeated applications and careful rinsing. Test them first, since some are strongly acidic and can damage trim, glass or wheels. Fresh splatter should be rinsed off immediately. Heavy contamination is best handled by a professional.
