QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Artekya Technology, the world’s leading nanotechnological coating product, sells the nano coating developed with its superior engineering staff under the brand “Nasiol”.

We are looking for a “Product Development Engineer” to be employed in our office in TÜBİTAK Marmara Teknokent / Gebze.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’ degree in Engineering, preferably chemical, industry, material or related (relevant) fields from a reputable university.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience prodcut development responsibility.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • High level of communication skills, positive attitude, researcher enthusiastic, analytical, self-driven.
  • Military service must be completed for male candidates.

Job Description:

  • To report the changes of the company’s products in the sector,
  • Making competitor product analysis,
  • To determine the needs of the company customers and to follow their changes,
  • Conducting market research and reporting to senior management,
  • To follow the product family in line with the company’s growth targets,
  • Managing the relationship between users, suppliers, service and service providers,
  • Identifying new business areas and designing and developing new products accordingly,
  • Working with other business units to develop a new or existing product, ensuring progress in accordance with the plan.
  • It enables the creation of new products by transferring the subject to R&D at the point where P&D activities are insufficient.

We are looking for a “Sales Specialist” to be employed in our office in TÜBİTAK Marmara Teknokent / Gebze.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’ degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related (relevant) fields from a reputable university.
    • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
    • High level of communication skills, positive attitude, enthusiastic, self-driven.
    • No obstacles to travel abroad
    • Military service must be completed for male candidates.

    Job Description

    • Identifying and generating prospects and successfully convert them into sales
    • Managing inbound emails and calls effectively
    • Working collaboratively with the other departments in the organization in order to manage and follow up dispatching, manufacturing and delivery processes.
    • Preparing monthly and quarterly sales reports
    • Managing the existing key accounts by building the relationships, developing a sales and marketing plan, understanding their needs.
    • Developing new business by identifying potential in accounts and new projects and recommending sales strategies.
    • Analyzing sale pipelines and trends with senior management in order to forecast monthly sales goals and quotes.
    • Conducting effective site visits together with distributors and markets
