APPLICATION SURFACES

Nasiol PPFGuard is applicable to paint protection films (PPF) including matt & transparent polyurethane (PU), high quality PVC films, vinyls. Do not apply product on finishes including low quality PPF, PPF w/ bubbles, absorbent surfaces, temporary road films, interior window tints, any film without resistance to solvents.

APPLICATION

For best results, ensure that the environment where the application will take place is as close as possible to the recommended levels of temperature and humidity (23°C and 50% relative humidity)
Apply in a shaded area
Only apply to surfaces that are not too cold or warm
Wash your vehicle thoroughly and gently. If necessary, should the PPF surface is suitable, polishing treatments can be applied using silicone-free products.
Dry the vehicle thoroughly to prevent water drops on the surface during application.
Eliminate any dust and dirt on the surface before application using Nasiol Clean. Ensure that the surface has thoroughly dried.
Partition the application area visually or with masking tape. Do not work on a partition larger than 1m² at a time.
Overlapping edges of partitions do not cause issues during application.
Shake the product gently before use. Carefully remove the cap. Place the small suede cloth on the block applicator, and apply the necessary amount of product (depending on the size of the application area) onto the cloth. Recap the bottle in order to prevent air contact. Using the suede cloth, spread the product throughout the surface in horizontal and vertical movements.
Using the enclosed microfiber cloth, carefully wipe any excess product off the surface within 30–45 seconds. Avoid causing swirls during this step. You can use a lighting system to ensure there is no product residue left on the surface.
Throughout the curing time, keep the coated surface away from direct sunlight, excessive dust, water, and other contaminants. For the first 48 hours, do not wash the surface with shampoo or detergents. The vehicle can be taken outdoors 24 hours after the application.

Why should I use ceramic coating?
Nasiol nano ceramic coatings extend the life of car’s paintwork or paint protection films (PPF), provide protection against scratches and remove the most stubborn stains such as bird poop etching from the car easily thanks to its water and oil repellent characteristic. Besides, they preserve your car’s body against adverse effects of sunlight, acid rains and chemicals.
What is Nasiol PPFGuard and what is it for?
Nasiol PPFGuard is a protection product which is applied onto paint protection films (PPF). Also known as nano ceramic coating, this product makes the surface resistant against scratches and remove tenacious stains such as bird poop easily as it is water and oil repellent. By providing UV protection, it prevents PPFs from fading in course of time. It protects your vehicle for 1.5 years, making it appear just like the first day.
To which surfaces it is applied?
Nasiol PPFGuard is applied to the surfaces of Paint Protection Film (PPF): Polyurethane (PU) – Matt and Transparent Film, High Quality PVC Film and Vinyl Film.
How long does Nasiol PPFGuard provide resistance?
It provides resistance up to 1.5 years.
Is Nasiol PPFGuard alone sufficient for my car?
Nasiol PPFGuard is applied in two coats. Approximate consumption for two coats is given below by class of the passenger cars:

Small Car: 20-30 mL (classes A-B)
Standard Car: 30-40 mL (classes C-D)
Big Car: 40-50 mL (classes E-SUV)

How can I apply Nasiol PPFGuard?
To get the best performance out of the product, make sure the temperature and relative humidity values (23°C and 50 RH) of the application surface are close as possible to the recommended conditions. Avoid direct sunlight during application and work on cool surfaces only. Wash your car thoroughly. If PPF surface allows, you may, if required, perform polishing by using silicon-free products. Dry the car thoroughly to prevent water drops on the surface during application. Remove dust and dirt on the surface with Nasiol Clean prior to application. Make sure the surface is completely dry. Isolate the application area visually or with masking tape. Do not work on an area larger than 1m² at a time. Shake the bottle gently before use. Open the lid carefully. Place the suede cloth on the application apparatus and pour appropriate amount of product (2-3 mL/1m²) on the cloth. Close the bottle again to prevent contact with air during application. Spread the product by using the suede cloth with horizontal and vertical movements. Wipe off the excess product on the surface carefully within 30-60 seconds by using the microfiber that comes with the product and perform the polishing with circular movements by using the same cloth. You may use extra lighting system to make sure there is not product remnants left on the surface. Wait for 60 minutes after the application of the first coat and then repeat the same steps for the second coat. Keep the coated surface away from direct sunlight, dust, water and any dirt throughout the curing process. Do not wash the surface with shampoo or detergent in the first 48 hours. You may take out the car 24 hours after the application.
Should I clean the vehicle before application?
Before application, make sure the vehicle is clean and dry. Perform the application in a shady place.

Can I apply it myself?
It is recommended to have it performed by professionals. But you also may apply it by reading the instructions on application.
Is single coat of Nasiol PPFGuard sufficient?
Nasiol PPFGuard is applied in two coats. Wait for 60 minutes after completion of the first coat and then apply the second coat.
How long may I use content of the bottle after I opened it?
If you did not use the product completely after its bottle is opened, you may store it for 1 month by making sure it is tightly closed. If the bottle is not opened at all, it may be stored for 2 years under appropriate storage conditions.
What is the difference of Nasiol PPFGuard from Nasiol NL272, Nasiol ZR53, Nasiol XR03 and Nasiol NeoCoatX?
Unlike the other products, Nasiol PPFGuard is applied on the paint protection films (PPF). While Nasiol PPFGuard provides durability up to 1.5 years, Nasiol NL272 up to 5 years, Nasiol ZR53 up to 3 years, Nasiol XR03 up to 1.5 years, Nasiol NeoCoatX up to 6months (one coat). Resistance of the products against scratch and environmental factors are different from each other.
Do you have any warranty, certificate or agreement for effect or durability of your products?
Nasiol has not an official application centre yet. As we only supply the product and the application method of the product is essential for getting the desired durability and effect, such warranty or certificate can be given by an organization that applies it.

You are recommended to use gloves during application. If it contacts with your skin inadvertently, wash it immediately with plenty of water and soap. After it contacts with your skin, remove all your contaminated clothes immediately and wash them immediately with plenty of water. If sensitization persists on, consult medical aid.
Is Nasiol PPFGuard odourless?
Most of the Nasiol products are solvent-based and they, therefore, smell in liquid form. They are odour-free when and cured on the surface.

Nasiol PPFGuard provides protection against little scratches and dents caused by key and pebble etc.
