Job Description

• Organizing the agenda, daily, weekly and monthly business plans depending on the work flow of the manager,
• Making travel organizations (visa-plane-accommodation, etc.),
• Managing telephone and e-mail traffic,
• To notify the instructions of the manager to which he is affiliated to the relevant departments, to ensure the coordination of the information exchange between the units and the management,
• Documenting, archiving, reporting the studies and analyzes carried out and keeping the documents used up-to-date,
• To make and manage all the necessary preparations to welcome and host incoming visitors,
• Making meeting preparations, creating meeting notes and reports when necessary, and delivering them to the relevant people,

Job Description

• Identifying and generating prospects and successfully convert them into sales
• Managing inbound emails and calls effectively
• Working collaboratively with the other departments in the organization in order to manage and follow up dispatching, manufacturing and delivery processes.
• Preparing monthly and quarterly sales reports
• Managing the existing key accounts by building the relationships, developing a sales and marketing plan, understanding their needs.
• Developing new business by identifying potential in accounts and new projects and recommending sales strategies.
• Analyzing sale pipelines and trends with senior management in order to forecast monthly sales goals and quotes.
