Does ceramic coating on wheels stop brake dust from sticking?
It does not stop brake dust from forming or landing on the wheel, but it makes the dust bond less strongly so it rinses off more easily. Coatings intended for wheels are formulated to cope with higher temperatures than paint. For best results, coat wheels after deep cleaning and decontamination, ideally with the wheels removed so the barrels can be treated too.
