Can I apply ceramic coating in cold weather or in a cold garage?
Many coatings cure more slowly in low temperatures, and some should not be applied below a minimum stated by the manufacturer. Cold panels also encourage condensation, which interferes with bonding. Work in a heated or sheltered space where possible, allow the car to reach room temperature before preparation, and expect longer flash and cure times. Do not rely on a fixed number from another product; temperature limits vary by formulation.
