Is it safe to store detailing chemicals in a hot garage or car trunk?

High heat can shorten the life of many detailing products, change their consistency and build pressure in aerosol cans. Coatings and polishes are particularly sensitive. Store products in their original, closed containers, in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place away from direct sunlight, heat sources and children, and avoid leaving them in a parked car in hot weather. Follow each label's storage instructions.
